We delivered a comprehensive final clean for a new two-storey residence in Somerton Park, preparing the home for client handover. This project involved full builders clean detailing, including glazing work, grout haze removal in wet areas, residue cleaning, joinery dust-out and presentation-ready finishing throughout.

Scope of Work

Whole-of-Site

  • Builder’s dust removal; surfaces, tracks, and recesses detailed

  • Joinery, shelving and hardware dusted/wiped; adhesive/residue removed where present

Ground Floor

  • Entry, formal living, dining, kitchen, living, bathroom and laundry

  • Kitchen & pantry — benchtops, cupboard/drawer fronts; inside drawers/cupboards where noted

Yes. All drawers, cupboards, shelves, and cabinetry are cleaned inside and out. This includes kitchen, pantry, laundry, bathrooms, bedrooms, the new TV joinery unit, and the wine room.

Yes. Plantation shutters on both levels will be dusted and wiped. This includes shutters in the living room, bedrooms, hallway, and the 3 front windows, as well as shutters along the back wall/sliding doors.

Internal window cleaning is included for all windows and small feature windows (including the shower window). External window cleaning is not included unless arranged separately.

Yes. All accessible dust, construction residue, and debris is removed as part of the final clean. The garage and any areas containing leftover building materials will need to be cleared first before sweeping and mopping.

Yes—where safely accessible. The client has specifically requested cleaning of the skylight over the main stair, including removing the plastic diffuser, washing it, and cleaning inside the shaft. This service is included as long as safe access is possible.
